I am an Associate Professor of Finance at the University of Colorado Boulder's Leeds School of Business. I am also the Faculty Director of the CU Real Estate Center (CUREC). My research interests include alternative investments, real estate, household finance, and financial history. I have published in journals such as American Economic Review, Journal of Finance, Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Financial Economics, Management Science, and Review of Asset Pricing Studies. I am an Associate Editor at Management Science.
